The INSIGHT Philosophy
We present informative reading on a monthly basis, written by people within the
industry for people who like to make informed decisions. The Insight Team do not let
personal beliefs and the notion of ownership dictate the content of this magazine.
More importantly, we believe every opinion – whether it comes from within us, from
outside influences or from another dimension all together – has a right to be
expressed, and this is the forum for that expression.
We offer a vehicle for the education of all beings no matter where they may be on
their journey towards greater insight.
Articles submitted are to be non-self promotional.
Our readers are interested in learning about all of life’s choices and it is best not to
assume that they already know about a particular healing modality, health issue or
nutritional supplement.
Articles are best written in a way that all our readers can understand, regardless of
what stage they are in their development.
To keep Insight affordable, we are unable to offer a monetary renumeration for
articles published, however, byline information is exchanged and should be discussed
with the editor in terms of phone contacts, addresses, details of workshops, events,
and so on.
Articles submitted are to be of original content and not to have been published
elsewhere. We maintain sole publishing rights for a period of three months following
the month the article is published, and we reserve the right to edit all articles if
necessary.
Size & Format of Articles
1 page article: 700-800 words plus illustrations or photos.
2 page article; 1200-1300 words plus illustrations or photos.
Special Feature article: 1600-2500 words plus illustrations or photos.
Editorial is to be supplied via email as a .doc, .txt or .rtf file. Images are to be
supplied either via email or on CD and saved as a .tiff, .eps or .jpeg files and scan at
300dpi.
N.B: The more photos or illustrations you supply, the greater ability we have to make
your story a true feature.
